With some 100 lanes available on the 1st day which included crossing over the River Tavy, wrestling the bikes up Devils Steps, and then finishing the day off with a very technical ascent. The tranquil campsite set in woodlands was a welcome sight after a long day. After pitching the tents and having a shower we sat around the camp fire cooking our dinner and exchanging stories of the days riding.
Next day the support vehicle collected our belongings and we set off back to Okehampton with 150 lanes on offer including the likes of Tally Ho, Slippery Sam, Tipley, Simms, and Manaton. There was some tired but very happy riders at the end of the weekend - it was a great experience and gave me the best 2 days riding I've had in Devon. Very much looking forward to the next one.
Our next scheduled events in September and October are fully booked but we hope to squeeze in another on the 6th and 7th of August. Please click here for more info
